Kate Clark is a well-known sculptor from New York City. She takes animal hides that have been rejected by taxidermists and uses foam, clay and paint to build human-animal hybrid sculptures. It is to remind us of our human/animal connection and our wild origins. Art is not all about Vincent Van Gogh and Rembrandt. Her work is very different and interesting.
