Nicola Godden is a British artist who does bronze sculptures, large and small. She's done quite a few works themed on "Icarus" (He's the Greek who flew too close to the Sun and his wax and feather wings melted and he fell to Earth). Her stuff is pretty amazing.

Photography - Lewis Hine - 1930's

These are Lewis Hine photographs.They were taken in 1930 or 1931. The first photo below is called "Powerhouse". Very cool male-oriented photography. The second photo was during the construction of the Empire State Building in New York City. This man doesn't even seem to have a safety harness on. I hope someone at least bought him a beer after work.
